The app can't reach my Mac
Check that the hub is running on your Mac with afk status. On Wi-Fi, your phone and Mac must be on the same network. Away from home, both need Tailscale turned on. On iPhone, also allow Local Network for afk in Settings → Privacy & Security.
Pairing
Run afk pair on your Mac to show a fresh QR code, then scan it from the app. Each code works for one phone and expires after 15 minutes.
No notifications
Make sure notifications are allowed for afk in your phone's settings, and that the notification types you want are on in the app's settings. Notifications go through Expo's push service, so your Mac needs an internet connection.
My threads don't show up
Quit and reopen Zed once after installing the hub, so the agents you already have open start syncing.
